SOLUTION:

There are several ways to achieve this, but the two easiest solutions would be:

1. Connect both machines via a cross-over cable.
2. Connect both machines to a switch or hub

Ethernet Crossover Cables Explained
Ethernet crossover cables are most often used in home networks when connecting two ethernet computers without a hub. An Ethernet crossover cable has it's send and receive wires crossed. When using a hub or switch, this is automatically done for you.

Unfortunately some devices like cable and dsl modems have their actual ethernet plugs reversed. This is to allow people to hook up a cable modem to a computer without a special crossover cable. When adding a hub into the mix, the issue can get confusing.

Most modern hubs and switches have what is called an uplink port on them. This is the same kind of 'reversed' port that is on a cable or dsl modem.

This may sound like a confusing issue, but here are some network diagrams that will show when to use a normal ethernet cable and when to use a crossover cable.

GREEN cables represent standard ethernet cables

BLUE cables represent CROSSOVER cables

Note: One port on your hub will usually be 'shared' with the uplink port. Either the uplink port OR the standard port can be used, no both.

Folder Options not available in Tools Menu and Registry Editor Disabled

Dear all,
I am facing one problem, In my PC while Exploring My Computer -> I am not able to see Folder Option in Tools Menu.I have also customze and add Folder Option, but still it is hide in menu. I know this is due to some virus, I have also scanned anti vir. but due to it My OS is Down. Again I installed OS and again my pc is infected with same virus name is Brontok.A is there any removal Patch or some safe repair ?

SOLUTION:

Retrive Folder option

If folder option is not seen please try it by registry editing.

Open Run and then type “gpedit.msc”.
Now goto
User Configuration > Administrative templates > Windows Component > Windows Explorer.

Click on Windows Explorer you will find the 3rd option on the right side of screen
“Removes the Folder Option menu item from the Tools menu”

Just check it,

if it is not configured then change it to enable by double clicking on it and after applying again set it to not configured.I hopes that you will find the option after restarting windows.

Guys!

Many ppl find that in their windows Tools -> Folder Options is not visible, they also can't access it from the Control Panel. I hv seen so many ppl facing this problem, so I decided to post this tutorial, in this tutorial I'll tell the reasons which can cause this problem and their solutions:

1.) You can enable Folder Options by simply editing the Windows Registry! Just type regedit in RUN dialog box and it'll open Registry Editor, now goto following keys:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer

And in right-side pane, check whether a DWORD value named NoFolderOptions exists or not? If it exists then either change its value to 0 or delete it.

Imagine you want to download -

Following are the steps to be followed for any file including the above -

1. change doc to nsdoc in the URL.

2. Remove the song name completely from URL, in above case this would be /Kishor–humen-tumse-pyar-kitna

3. Replace the Song name with - /ts_id/1205795172796/ns_flash/file1.mp3

4. Now just copy paste the new URL into the address bar and press enter..Bingo!! you’ll hav the download box firing up on ur screen.

In above case the new URL will be -

Only disadvantage of this method is, the file that downloads will not have the actual filename, rather will have file1.mp3 as it’s filename.
